Definitions
Personal Data:
Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Data Controller:
The natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system.
Supplier:
Refers to the natural or legal person from whom goods or services are purchased.
Business Partner:
Economically and legally independent natural or legal persons with whom we work for the performance of a specific task within the framework of a contractual relationship, as part of the execution of our business activities.

Method of Collecting Personal Data

messages and information you transmit in an electronic environment,
written or electronic correspondence related to your request,
via automatic or non-automatic means.
Your collected personal data consists of your identity and contact information such as name-surname, telephone, e-mail, address, and any other personal data that may be included in the content of the message you send.
Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data obtained through the contact form is processed limited to the following purposes:
Evaluation of your message,
Fulfillment of your requests, suggestions, or complaints,
Answering your information requests regarding our services,
Execution of communication activities,
Tracking of request/complaint processes,
Improvement of our service quality and management of processes.
Transfer of Personal Data
Data necessary for responding to the request may be transferred to customer support and IT service providers, to consultants when necessary for the protection of rights, and to legally authorized bodies, limited to the relevant purpose. For domestic transfers, the conditions in Article 8 of the PDPL (KVKK) are applied.
In the event that the Shopify infrastructure and other services used involve data transfer to recipients abroad or access from abroad, the conditions in Article 9 of the PDPL (KVKK) are additionally applied. In the absence of an adequacy decision, one of the appropriate safeguards stipulated by law must be provided along with the relevant data processing condition. Standard contracts are one of these safeguards; when used, the obligations for signature and notification to the Board are fulfilled separately. Continuous transfers cannot be based on a general declaration of explicit consent. Exceptional transfers based on explicit consent can only be evaluated if the incidental transfer conditions in the law are met.
Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data
Applications related to orders or membership are evaluated within the scope of the establishment or performance of a contract; legal applications are based on legal obligation; disputes are based on the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right; and general request management and security are evaluated within the scope of legitimate interest, provided that they do not harm your fundamental rights. If explicit consent is required for a separate and optional process, it is obtained separately by explaining the purpose.
Application Procedures and Principles
You may submit your applications in writing to Bahçeşehir 1. Secure electronic signature, mobile signature, and other application methods recognized in the legislation are reserved. The PDPL (KVKK) Application Form provides convenience but is not mandatory. Applications are concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest depending on their nature; for transactions requiring a cost, the tariff determined by the Board may be applied.

To request information regarding processed data,
To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
To know the third parties to whom data is transferred,
To request the correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data,
To request the deletion or destruction of data in accordance with the PDPL (KVKK) and relevant legislation,
To request that these transactions be notified to third parties to whom the personal data is transferred,
To object to an outcome against you resulting from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
To request the compensation of damages suffered due to unlawful data processing.
